TIPS AND TRICKS FOR BEST VIEWING EXPERIENCE
If framing the prints, seek out non-reflective glass to maximize the ability to scan the artwork. Most custom framing stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby offer a “museum glass” which highly reduces reflections. If non-reflective glass is not available then try hanging the artwork in an area with the least amount of reflections.
If you are having trouble getting the artwork to scan, try moving the phone/tablet closer to the artwork slowly as that will typically engage the ARTIVIVE app best.
Some of the artworks are upwards of a minute in length. Keeping your arms held up for even a minute can sometimes be a workout. Try holding your phone/tablet with your arms braced against your body like in the example below.
